Cayuse Technologies provides inbound and outbound Customer Contact services offered both independently and in conjunction with one of Cayuse's other lines of business (e.g. Software Development, Image Processing).

Some examples of the Customer Contact services offered are:
  • incoming calls related to application for services
  • incoming orders for products and services
  • respond to inquiries from end user customers with regard to products, services or applications for service
  • outbound calls related to products or services
  • help desk support for systems and applications
